Meditation Mantras

I have had a few emails on the topic of meditation mantras.  To be honest all mantras can be used as meditation mantras. And can be used throughout the day. There is no specific meditation mantra.  There are different mantras to achieve various goals  - but they can all be used in meditation and in fact thats the process we recommend in the magical mantras ebook.

In a nut shell  - the energy based sounds in the mantra when continuously repeated infuse your body with that energy and change your vibration level. This then attracts to you the money, health, relationship or whatever your mantra was aimed at.

This may sound a bit new agey and in the book I go into a lot more detail on the scientific aspects of how this works. But its too much to cover in this article.

So back to the topic of meditation mantras  - imagine if you had some work to do ( writing a book, doing a business plan or even planning your next vacation) and you had two locations.

1) A busy coffee shop, sitting outside, cars beeping, people talking, dropping things even arguing - and every once in a while an ambulance whizzes buy with its sirens blaring

2) A cottage by the lake, with mountains behind it. Fresh air and a peaceful energy impregnates the whole space around you.

Where do you think you will get the work done quicker and to a better quality.  My guess is if you are like most people it will be the cottage.

See your mind is like the coffee shop, and it is only through constant use of meditation mantras that you create the cottage by the lake. At first its only there for a few seconds but as you continue with your mantra practice you can access the cottage for longer and longer periods.

And it is during one of these periods that your mind will be clear and a thought for the perfect solution to your problem will pop into your head!

In the magical mantras book the method recommended is as follows (note this is a simplified version of what is found in the book - in the ebook we take you through a few questions and exercises before this stage)

1) write down your goal.

2) Select the optimum mantra as described in the book ( remember to use combinations of beej mantras for extra power).

3) Select a time and place that you will use for the entire period of the mediation mantra practice.

4) Each day at the same time follow the cleansing process, sit down, read your goal and then with full concentration chant the mantra ( aloud or silently) for the prescribed number of times.

5) At the end of your chanting, just take a few moments and feel the energy -breath and meditate.

This is one way you can use mantras in meditation. It is powerful and it works!

However, I also like to use mantras while walking - for example i will take a walk and for the entire time just silently repeat the mantra i am working on. Trust me at the end of that walk I feel amazing! This is similar to a walking meditation.

See there is no specific rules for how you should use mantras it all depends on what is going on in your life and what works best for you.  Having said that there is no better way to start your day then 10 minutes in doing the meditation mantras practice.
